OmegaPS Suite
The OmegaPS suite is a range of software tools for ILS developed by Pennant Software Services. Quorum is the official Pennant accredited training provider in the UK and in conjunction with Pennant offers the following courses: |
OmegaPS - A two day course on Def Stan 00-60 and 1388 2B compliant Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) for engineers, analysts and managers. Through a series of 10 comprehensive practical exercises the course covers the functionality and management of the LSAR. |
OmegaPS Publisher - An additional half day course covering the use of the OmegaPS to generate SGML files for S1000D Data Modules (DM). These output files are used as source data for authoring Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP). |
OmegaPS Ad Hoc queries - One of the major challenges using an LSAR is that it is not possible to view specific ranges of data to check for completeness and accuracy. Through a series of practical exercises this one day course teaches users how to establish a Microsoft Access interface to the LSAR tables and write Ad Hoc queries to produce tailorable data outputs. |
OmegaPS Ad Analyzer
- A three day course on this Windows based software tool for Spares Optimisation, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC). Through practical exercises this course gives analysts the core knowledge to use this modelling tool. |
OmegaPS Ad Database Administrator (DBA) Basics - Many OmegaPS users do not have in house Oracle expertise. This two day course teaches administrators how to maintain and manage their Oracle installations and focuses on the skills you need to manage OmegaPS. |
